
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
- Promote beneficial relationships with business partners, clients, and other business contacts
- Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies
- Prepare quotations, business plans, and service agreements
- Ensure timely submission of all information as requested by different stakeholders
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, and other related fields of study
- Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) is a plus
- At least 3 years’ working experience in business development, B2B sales, or negotiation
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial ability, strong organizational skills with the ability to be proactive in completing assignments and job responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business
- Must have the initiative to volunteer and manage potentially complex tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
