Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
  • Promote beneficial relationships with business partners, clients, and other business contacts 
  • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies
  • Prepare quotations, business plans, and service agreements
  • Ensure timely submission of all information as requested by different stakeholders 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, and other related fields of study
  • Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) is a plus
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in business development, B2B sales, or negotiation
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial ability, strong organizational skills with the ability to be proactive in completing assignments and job responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business
  • Must have the initiative to volunteer and manage potentially complex tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
