Roles and Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Provide administrative support for HR executives

  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation

  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, attendance, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off

  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

  • Help in payroll management, preparation and payment

  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures

  • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information

  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities

  • Posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes

  • Assists on sourcing screening and welcoming applicants

  • Prepares new hire documents and training materials

  • In-charge of Payrolls for office and project site workers and employees

  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs

    Administration

  • Coordinate office activities/operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Liaise with clients, addressing their queries and other concerns

  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information

  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

  • Prepare correspondence and documents. Receive and sort mail and deliveries

  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring visitor log book;

  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology and other relevant courses
  • At least 1-2 years experience in the Human Resources Department
  • Knowledge with Government benefits is a plus
  • Able to do leg work, if needed
