Once the commission’s decision is finalized, Dimalanta said the trading of power reserves would be back in action on July 26. In May, the ERC partially lifted the suspension on settlement amounts in the reserve market to allow power generators to recover a portion of the costs for trading transactions during the March billing month. On the enforced penalty, ISELCO had been ordered to pay within 15 days from the receipt of the ERC decision.
