Here's the day-to-day breakdown: Sept 10: Sunday - Southwest monsoon affected the country and brought scattered heavy rainfall. Dasmariñas - Ternate 115kV line tripped. Sept 11: Monday - A Low-Pressure Area was estimated Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon. Sept 12: Tuesday - Southwest monsoon affected the country and brought scattered rainfall. QPPL was shut down. Sept 13: Wednesday - Southwest monsoon continues to affect the country. Sept 14: Thursday - Southwest monsoon continues to affect the country. Tayaba-Naga 230kV line tripped then was later restored. Sept 15: Friday - Southwest monsoon continues to affect the country. Bauang-La Trinidad 230kV line and San Esteban-Laoag 230kV line tripped. Sept 16: Saturday - Southwest monsoon continues to affect the country. QPPL came back online while the Binga-La Trinidad 230kV line tripped.
