Market Intervention (MI) was initiated by IEMOP due to an unimplementable real-time dispatch (RTD) schedule. Here's the day-to-day breakdown: Sept 17: Sunday - MI was implemented today. Ilijan Unit 2 was online while the Biñan-Calamba 230kV line tripped. Sept 18: Monday - MI was still effective. SLPGC Unit 1 was online. Sept 19: Tuesday - Southwest monsoon affected the country and brought scattered rainfall. QPPL and Sta. Rita Module 30 went shut down. Sept 20: Wednesday - SLPGC Unit 1 was shut down while San Lorenzo Module 50 was online. Sept 21: Thursday - GNPD Unit 1 was shut down while Sta. Rita Module 20 went online. Sept 22: Friday - SCPC Unit 1, GMEC Unit 2, and Sta. Rita Module 30 went online. Sept 23: Saturday - Southwest monsoon affected the country and brought scattered rainfall.
