Apart from that modification in the GEOP guidelines, the DOE will also be relaxing the capacity threshold to a level below 100 kW – primarily for end-users that are within contiguous domains, provided that they shall be aggregating their demand in their procurement of green energy capacities. On pricing for offshore wind, the study outcome of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) proffers tariff range of P10 to P16 per kWh, but the final green energy auction reserve (GEAR) price still rests with the final calculation and decision of the Energy Regulatory Commission.
