This applies to residential and non-residential customers consuming up to 200 kilowatt-hours (kWh) and will remain in effect until December. Additionally, utilities are required to offer flexible payment options to reduce the financial burden on consumers, including a staggered payment scheme for those with monthly consumption below 200 kWh.
