The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has approved a new rate of P0.1189 per kWh, up from the current P0.0838 per kWh. This rate is lower than the P0.1220 per kWh requested by the National Transmission Corp. (TransCo). The FIT-All is a uniform charge to all on-grid consumers to support renewable energy development. The approved projects include three pumped-storage hydropower projects, one hydropower project, five wind projects, one coal project, and one Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
