ERC Chairperson Francis Saturnino Juan said the regulator will look into reserve procurement, battery storage, fast-ramping capacity, demand-response programs, time-of-use pricing, and the WESM secondary price cap after prices repeatedly reached the P32,000/MWh ceiling during Red Alert periods.
